healthy and simple salad
Today we have very easy and delicious salad very rich with vitamins especially vit C &A and fibers .
And all of it Ingredients is available & natural .
All you need is :
_1 lemon 🍋.
_1 boiled Red beet .
_1 carrot 🥕.
_Some of the parsley leaves 🍃🍃.
_1 spoon of olive oil .
_And some salt .
_Hot paper 🌶️( optional:if you like it some spicy ) .
Preparing :
_ grat the carrot in a bowl .
_then cut the lemon with its cover ( taste it befor you but it in salad because maybe Lemon peel is bitter ).
_cut the boiled red beet .
_cut the hot paper to small pieces.
_put all this cutting vegetables together and put one spoon of olive oil and some salt as you like .
_then eat it and interest with delicious taste and high vitamins 😋.
_have a good diet .
